Texts
10c each for texts TradeMate sends for you (quotes, invoices, reminders, "on my way"). Texts you send from your own phone are free. The free trial includes 100 texts.
Card payments
Take payment by tapping a card on your phone, or with a texted link, into your own Stripe account. TradeMate keeps 0.5% of each card payment, and Stripe charges its own fee. Only if you turn card payments on.
Questions
Do I need Xero?
No. TradeMate keeps your quotes and invoices itself. If you use Xero, it gets a copy of each invoice and your payments come back, so your books stay right.
What happens when the trial ends?
Add a card to carry on. If you don't, your account goes read-only: nothing's deleted, and you can pick up where you left off.
Can I cancel?
Any time. There's no contract: your plan is managed in the app, under Settings → Plan.
Is it per person?
No. One price covers everyone in the business: you, the office and the team on the tools.
