Cashflow and bills
Your bank balance doesn't tell you what you can spend. BAS, super and bills are already spoken for. Cashflow on the web, and Money on the phone, tell you what's really yours.

This needs your numbers. Connect Xero for your invoices, bills and bank balances, and you'll get a real forecast.
Safe to spend
What's in the bank, less what's already spoken for: GST to pay the ATO, PAYG withheld from wages, super owed to staff, and bills due in the next 14 days. On the phone you can see the list. It's the number to look at before you buy a new ute.
The next 13 weeks
Your bank balance at the end of each week, forecast from invoices due, bills and regular payments. Hover over a week (or tap it, on the phone) for the money in and out. Show as a table has each week's figures and how confident the forecast is.
The lowest point is the one to watch: it's when you're tightest, and it says which payments cause it.
Who owes you
Overdue invoices lists who's late and by how much, with a reminder ready for each. Tick the ones to send and press Send the ticked reminders. See Chasing late payers.
Coming up, and set aside
Coming up lists what's due soon. Set aside from the bank balance shows what's kept back for tax and super.
Bills
Bills shows what's due, and what Foreman suggests paying from the money for bills (the bank, less what's set aside for tax and super). Bills come from Xero, so connect it first.

The Bank details column helps you avoid paying a scammer:
- The account number means it's confirmed.
- To confirm means it's a new supplier, so check it.
- Changed: check with them means the details are different from last time. Ring the supplier on a number you trust before paying. Changed bank details are how invoice scams work.
- None in Xero means there's nothing to pay to yet.
Paying a bill
You approve payments in the app, because it's money leaving the business. Go to Money → Bills to pay. Each payment asks for a fresh Face ID check. Only the owner can approve them, and no role can be given this.
Paid lately shows how each payment went, on the web and in the app.
Asking about it
Ask Foreman things like "Can I afford to take Friday off?" or "Who owes me the most?".
Foreman's forecasts are a guide to help you decide, worked out from your records. They aren't financial or tax advice. Your accountant is still your accountant.
