Your plan and billing

One price for the whole business: $99 a month, GST included, for your whole team. See it all on the pricing page.

The free trial

You get 30 days free, with 100 free texts. You don't need a card to start. Settings → Plan shows how many days are left.

Add a card any time. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

What it costs

• $99 a month for the whole business. No per-person fees, and no lock-in.
• 10c a text for texts TradeMate sends for you: quotes, invoices, reminders, "on my way". Texts you send from your own phone are free.
• Card payments, only if you turn them on: TradeMate keeps 0.5% of each one, and Stripe charges its own fee.

When the trial ends

Add a card to carry on. If you don't, your account goes read-only: nothing's deleted, and you can subscribe and pick up where you left off.

If a payment fails

Settings → Plan will say so. Update your card to keep things running.

Changing your card or cancelling

Go to Settings → Plan. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time, as there's no contract. Only the owner can see this.
